Many realtors take on property management simply to ensure that they broker the eventual sale of the property purchased by their client.  However, taking on property management can pose several downsides. There is the increased risk of litigation resulting from security deposit disputes.  If you don’t understand accounting then you run the risk of mismanaging your clients’ property funds, which could damage or strain that relationship…..and let’s be honest, do you really want to be the one getting emergency maintenance calls on a Friday night? Do you want to handle roommate disputes?  Probably not.

As your partner, we agree to:

• Free up your time to focus on building up your pipeline and closing transactions!

• Not pursue the property owner as a client with regards to listing their property

• Notify you if the property owner is interested in listing the property

• Pass on your marketing materials to tenants who are moving out

• Pay you a referral fee equal to 2 months of our management fee

• Available to join in on any strategic meetings you have with the property owner
