JACK TOOLEY, Broker & Property Manager

Helping property owners find creative ways to add value to their real estate investments is my passion.  For me there is nothing more exciting than developing genuine relationships with my clients, where I can understand their investment goals and help them develop and implement long-term property management & investment strategies to reach those goals.  My diversified professional background has given me the tools and knowledge necessary to both manage and advise my clients in a manner that always focuses on reaching the “big picture” investment goals.

I’ve worked in commercial and residential property management for over 7 years.  I started out working at Pacific Castle Management Inc. based in Orange County California where I helped manage a portfolio of Class A retail shopping centers that totaled 630,000 SF.  I later worked at Capital Real Estate Ventures Inc. out of San Diego California, where I was a part of a 3-man team that managed a portfolio of properties that included 500,000 SF of shopping centers located in California, Texas, Georgia and Michigan plus 100+ residential units in the greater San Diego area.  I also worked as a project manager where I oversaw a two and a half year, $3,000,000 hotel renovation project in Fort Collins Colorado.

However, my most adventurous stint, which was just prior to starting the Cordillera Group, was working for a little over a year at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Chile as an assurance associate.  At PwC Chile I worked on teams that audited international companies that operated in the commercial fishing, forestry, agricultural, and telecommunications industries.
