Property managers are notorious for finding creative ways to charge you fees! There are property managers who charge you a setup fee, high leasing commissions, lease renewal fees, eviction assistance fees and that’s on top of the regular monthly management fee! We don’t do that because we don’t think that’s fair to you….plus we like to keep it simple. All we charge is a fair monthly management fee and reasonable leasing commissions for new leases only because we never charge for lease renewals!
